A Sunday at Riverside Community Church.
Thursday’s plan to Monday’s follow-up, in seven steps. Riverside Community Church in Cedar Falls is a sample church.
Plan the service
The order of service, with each song’s key and who leads each part. Send it once, and everyone has it.
Volunteers answer
Volunteers say yes from their phones, and the schedule fills in for the next four Sundays.
Check-in is set
Pickup adults waiting for approval, the checkout station, room workers and every room for Sunday.
Kids check-in
A parent types four digits and taps the children. Labels print, and the pickup code goes to the parent’s phone.
Worship
The plan opens in cOS Presenter. The room reads the words, and a volunteer moves the slides.
Giving
Members give in Churchgoer, and the gift lands in Giving beside the week’s need.
