Questions

What does the move cost?: Setup and migration help are included with the church plan.
When should we cancel the old service?: Review your current contract and cancellation terms. Keep access until you have checked your records and recurring gifts.
Can we export later?: An owner can take a full export from Covenant OS at any time.

*2.2% + 30¢ is Stripe’s nonprofit rate, so it depends on Stripe approving your church for it. Until approval, Stripe’s standard rate applies. We are in active negotiations with several processors to bring card rates lower for churches, and Covenant OS will never add a fee of its own. Gifts go straight into your church’s own Stripe account, and bank gifts cost 0.8%, capped at $5.
