Kids check-in a volunteer can run.

Check-in for kids directors

A parent types four digits and taps each child, and the labels print with allergies and a pickup code. Check-in keeps working when the internet drops.

Every pickup checked
The code is texted to the parent and has to match. A first pickup shows photo ID, and the parent is notified.
Private custody notes
The note never prints. Pickup stops for the kids director, only the kids director and the pastor can read it, and every read is logged.
A mother taps the check-in kiosk in a church lobby while her daughter watches a label print
At 9:52 a.m. a parent types the last four digits of her phone on the lobby kiosk and checks in Eli and Avery. Three labels print with pickup code EKW, and Avery’s label shows her peanut allergy. The code arrives by text on the parent’s phone. At 11:58 a.m. the checkout station matches code EKW, Linda Meyer shows photo ID on her first pickup, and the parent gets a text that the children were picked up.

*2.2% + 30¢ is Stripe’s nonprofit rate, so it depends on Stripe approving your church for it. Until approval, Stripe’s standard rate applies. We are in active negotiations with several processors to bring card rates lower for churches, and Covenant OS will never add a fee of its own. Bank gifts cost 0.8%, capped at $5.
