What moves, who moves it and what it replaces.

Covenant OS does the jobs of your planner, giving service, texting service, website builder and member app, from one list of your people.

Churches start on December 1, 2026, free during the beta.

The jobs your other tools do, from one list of people.

We move your church over.

Sign in with Planning Center, or connect Breeze with its key, and your people come across with their history. Both run side by side until the counts match or you have reviewed and explained each difference.

How the move works
The Planning Center import in cOS: people, households, giving, recurring gifts and songs match, and a difference of two attendance records is explained
The Planning Center import on a phone: people, households and giving match Planning Center

Every recurring gift, moved once.

Each giver gets a personal link with the amount, day and fund filled in. We start a moved recurring gift only after the old schedule is confirmed stopped, and we flag possible double gifts while both systems are live.

Giving with nothing added.

Gifts go straight into your church’s own Stripe account, and Covenant OS adds nothing to Stripe’s fee. Giving setup helps your church request Stripe’s nonprofit rate, reported at 2.2% + 30¢ on cards and 0.8% on bank gifts (capped at $5).

Giving in cOS: $7,412 last Sunday, $262 above the weekly need, a bar for each Sunday and the gifts that need attention
Review gift in Churchgoer: $250 to the general fund, with the $5.80 card fee and a switch to cover it

Every Sunday’s serving, at a glance.

Four Sundays of teams, who said yes and the spots still open. A volunteer who can’t serve asks a free teammate.

Who is serving for four Sundays by team in cOS, with who said yes, two open spots and a lapsed safety training flagged
Who is serving this Sunday on a phone, team by team, with who said yes

The beta opens December 1, 2026.

Join the list, and we’ll write to you that day. Churches in the beta use the church plan free while the beta lasts.
